Yes, I spoke to them briefly about the sale of the land by my parents to the developer consortium which hopes to in turn sell a portion of the assemblage to the Virginia baseball club. It looks like there'll be two or more parcels at that metro site that are possible locations competing for the stadium if awarded by MLB. Believe the other is owned by a fellow named Kuwar. I've read that the owners have either already received or about to receive within two weeks a site recommendation from the relocation committee.

The reporter was looking for a second angle to the story about small landowners who may have sold out too low IF baseball stadium is awarded to that location.
