Maybe i am not clear but Ken Star was investigating lying about sex, no? If the states business is not involved, it may compromise the position of pres to make an issue about the presidents private life. My point was that the impeachement mess prevented the president from doing his duty re: al quaeda (perhaps). Suing about the environment at least deals with a substantive issue although i suspect it is a bogus lawsuit in reality. As for 9/11, it turns out that the commissiong did a great job after all they kicking and screaming that went on during the hearings. PS I am not a Democrat. mike
