And you know that Starr had wide prosecutorial discretion as to what he chose to pursue. And he chose, armed with unlimited budget and a fishing license with one name on it, to pursue every possible lead even when based on DC gossip. Did Starr find that Lewinsky had obstructed justice? What does that have to do with quizzing a sitting President about his sex life?
