Ken Starr was not involved in the Jones case. I happen to know one of Jone's lawyers, he used to practice in Fairfax. I did not care for him, thought he was slick himself, But in a case against a government official for sexual harrassment of government employees, other acts of sexual harrassment are relevant. Using your power to coerce employees into sex is a violation of US civil rights laws, in case you did not realize. Clinton was accused of violating Jones' civil rights.
