your statement "Bush is a weakened leader"is actually a perception of relativity, specifically relative to ones agenda or agendas, to Hollywoods leftists, yes, to most all leftists, liberals, Democrats, those parasiting off of the left or the Democratic party apparatus, yes most certainly.
to those countries formerly holding lucrative contracts with Iraq and or connected with the UN Food for Oil programs, most certainly.
for those other world leaders that are considered 3rd and 4th world...well they are presently on the near bottom of a priority list due to USA present priorities.....

there is a group of individuals and real time world players that do not see Bush so much as a weakened leader at all but praying nightly for a new administration led by John Kerry...to name a few... Osama bin Laden, Irans Ayatollas and cleric, Syrias Assad, Libyas Khaddafi, North Koreas Kim Jung Il, Palestines Arrafat, and many many others that are presently running up against todays wall of Anti Terrorism which was created by the Bush administration and continues on into the forseeable future....yes those guys have a serious problem in dealing with our weakened leader.

it kindof all depends on where you sit I think....

it really comes down to the fact that the bad guys are just a little fed up with USA and GW Bush fcuking around with their game.

regards
