Wow Jeff,

Nice work on that research!!

This from Westergaard June 3rd 1996:

**snip** Westergaard Online projects revenues of $7mm for FYDec96, up from $300,000, and going to $34mm in '97 with EPS going from a loss to $0.40 this year to $2.00 next year and $50mm and $3.00 in '98. We view this stock as a "must own" Idea of the Week. ***snip***

WOW,,, "Must Own"? he recommended it at 6 5/8 now it's bid at 3 1/2 with very little liquidity. This Company peaked in June 96 when he rec'd it and has been going down hill ever since. So much for the stock -- how about Westergaard's 97 revenue/profit projections?

So far the company has earned .25 on 5.7 mill in revenue for the first 6 mo. of 97. While that is pretty good for a stock priced at 3 1/2 -- its a FAR cry from Westergaard's projections of 34 million in 97 revenue and $2.00 in earnings.

I wonder how many investors took Westergaard's advice here and got burned? I also wonder if Westergaard was paid in cash or stock to promote this company?

I think if I were an investor who bought this stock on this recommendation I would want to know BEFORE I heeded his advice, if he had been paid promote this company.

Cheers Steve
