Eddie: Further comment, if I might. I've been pounding away at this "deflation-is-the-real-problem" theme for many months (see any of my posts). It is the basis for the "supply-overwhelms-demand" problem that is enveloping the semi/PC sector, and it is endemic across the globe from my perspective, and not just in the tech sector. How can there be serious price inflation when the world is awash in production capacity, with much of it placed in countries with lower wage scenarios? As noted earlier, the "inflation watch" mentality in the stock market analytical community is a hoot,...especially as a tide of deflationary forces rises above their knees. Didn't realize Bud was also pounding this issue, and glad to see it.
Best, Earlie
