This may be a start of a link that can lead to the speech. All I can say Ralph is I was stunned with the vision of a greenhorn politician. Probably good because he has not had the sh*t that runs down hill in DC rubbed all over him yet. If the is guy can make it in WA DC there is hope. You must find a link and video to the speech.
