I do believe that alcoholism does permanent brain damage. It is also widely reported (minus Drudge, Limbaugh, Hannity etc.) that Bush struggled with alcoholism at a age when others are building their careers and there abilities. So I am willing to agree that he may be brain damaged. But he being prescribed drugs by his official surgeon is somewhat of a stretch, don't you think. By the way whatever happened to the Sandy Berger story? Did they charge him with a crime yet. Better still why not impeach Sandy Berger, something they tried on Clinton.
