i know that there is an Enron thread but here is my take on it (sans politics, if that is possible) there were some real bad apples and they should do time but others were just cogs in a machine and had no ill will Ken Lay was a big cog and certainly MAY have been a bad apple. but hypothetically - lets say he wasn't lets just say Ken Lay was just really really dumb should he go to jail for being really really dumb?
