Z, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is one of the most generous philanthropies I've heard of. Exactly, and it'll be a lot more effective than government welfare programs. But I guess the average rich guy can't be trusted to donate on his own. After all, there really is no difference between someone making $200K a year and someone making $200K a minute, right?
