Waldemar, Don't be too quick to judge. ".who was the ass that located this whole piss-ant operation in Utah.....???? hardly the center for dynamic people or activities !!!" Novell is in Utah because NetWare was invented in Utah. As was the Megahertz modem, the Bernouli and Zip drives, the artificial heart, and cold fusion. (Well, three out of four isn't bad). One might ask the same of Microsoft ... Redmond? These communities offer much in the way of environments for innovation and high standards of living. Our teams in San Jose are among the best and our presence there helps us be a part of mainstream computerdom. But the turnover rate there is nearly three times the Utah rate. My piers in the valley are constantly being recruited. Our engineers are a interesting bunch, many would rather spend time solving a few of the world's problems instead of attending activities with dynamic people. My account, my time, my opinions. Kevin
