They are in different areas for the most part, Bob. ASYT does large-scale factory automation, with a lot of business in Asia. BRKS does more OEM work for NVLS, LRCX, supplying the robotics for their machines. They also have a factory automation business (the old PRIA) and fab software. BRKS has said they will walk away from low-margin business, while ASYT in the past at least has been willing to use price to gain share. I think at current prices, ASYT is a steal, though I am so heavily into BRKS that I don't want to buy any right now.
