Ryan has dropped out of the race .......... .......... but he hasn't even sent in the papers to be officially removed from the ballot. I think it's entirely possible that Ryan's name will remain on the ballot in November. With no one coming forward to run against Obama--and who, really, would want to do so after that incredible keynote speech?--Ryan may be forced to resurrect his campaign. What a farce! For the first time in ages, Illinois is going to have a Democratic Governor and two Democratic Senators. /john /john
