Moore is pro-American, it is the Bush admin. and Republicans that have distorted the facts, invaded a country, and got a lot of people killed. In my book - that is anti-American.
Bush and his people told us multiple times there were WMDs in Iraq - and that Al Qaeda were in Iraq. Both were lies.
Sorry that history, and the 9-11 reports don't reflect your view of reality.
For the record - I was all for our going after the people who attacked the US, in Afghanistan - but we didn't really get them like Bush said we would, did we?
We squandered our good standing in the world, and started a war in Iraq - which had zero to do with 9-11. We have now created a mess there for whoever the next administration is.
>> Any clever film editor can patch together bits and pieces to paint any picture he wants. Moore is openly anti-American (which is his right) and his "faux-documentary" reflects his bias...big deal. Similar propaganda was cleverly used by the Nazis to whitewash Hitler and his band of thugs and it fooled millions...for a while. If you choose to buy into an obvious piece of propaganda, knock yourself out. And recheck the definition of the word "lie." I defy you, or anyone, to prove Bush lied. Nixon lied, Clinton lied, but there is no evidence Bush lied (much as you may hate the man).--MK |
