No... one of these days, we have to let go of the black-and-white belief that our economy needs to be "capitalist" or "socialist." Our economy should be capitalist AND socialist. A "socialist" component can take care of what the people of this country need, and a "capitalist" component can take care of what they want. I've said it before. EDIT: On the other hand, it can't be blindly either way... we can't just institute something like socialized medicine; we have to plan it out and consider the consequences and plan for them as well. Like a well-run business. -Z
