To me the only reasonable answer to that question is "no," and imo, anybody who disagrees should be kept away from sharp objects. That conclusion relies on hindsight. Prior to March 2003 everybody including Kerry said that SH has WMD. Even if everything the Stupid Smirking Chimp said was true, invading Iraq was totally asinine and the war was doomed to failure from the gitgo. The war is won over there. The risks to our troops are a lot less than in post war Germany in 1945. German werewolves killed thousands of our troops between 1945 and 1948 in terrorist attacks.
