The hell with TA - I VISITED a Java Centrale in Phoenix (at the Metro Center), drank their cappucino, and ate two bagels. Had a chat with the oener manager and he was a solid, British kind of guy who will be opening a second location. The shop was obviously popular and their products were quality and the prices just so - not too expensive considering the taste. Glad I'm a shareholder!
