If he is on benzos then this would be no surprise as Noelle Bush and George Bush senior were both addicted to benzos which are far far worse than heroin to withdraw from. A person on benzos is incapable of making sound decisions and is legally impaired for driving if taking over the equivalent of 10mgs Valium. Bush senior admits he was addicted to Halcion (a benzo)
