Z, You think that if the CIA and FBI had less money they'd have noticed those clues? You think that if you continued down this straw man, you'd actually get a clue? ;-) Nowhere did I say that the CIA and FBI should get less money. That's stupid. But I am saying that more money isn't going to help without some major reforms. I just want everybody else to have enough. The best way to do that is to (a) allow the economy to grow, and (b) educate our kids the right way. Social programs should function as safety nets and continuing education, not handouts.
