Shalom, It is ok with me if you want to stick around through the tribulation. That is if the Lord returns for us while you and I are still alive. Predictions are fast and furious that the return of the Lord is imminent and the closer we come to the millinium, the more you will hear about this. As for me, I am satisfied that the truth of the Lord's return is only in the mind of God.
You are adding to scripture with your statement that it says in Thessalonians 5: that the Lord returns at the seventh trump In fact nowhere does the Word say seventh trump. It only says "with the trumpet of God in Thessalonians and "at the last trump" in Corinthians.
Read Thess 1:10 and Thess. 5:9. God delivers us from the WRATH to come.
1 Thess.5:
9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
1 Thess. 1:
10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.
The hour and day the Lord comes is not known, therefore secret but I can assure you, when the trumpet of the Lord shall sound, all will know .A secret? Not hardly.
