Yes indeed. On Sept 12, 2001 we had an outpouring of support and sympathy from the rest of the world. After all, those 3000 or so dead at WTC included nationals of these countries too. We can understand wht they too were angry at Osama and his men. So they came together and stood behind US leadership.

In comes Bush. Takes advantage of the situation. Plays on the grief of these folks. And diverts everything towards Iraq, an effort which in no way helped the cause for which the entire world citizenry was angry. We all, including Bush knew that. But Bush, Cheney and his men not only mislead but also wanted to exploit it for their personal. So now we stand alone all by ourselves and the terrorists continue to increase their numbers as well as their acts against us.

Let us have a new President and with it a new outcome for the war.
