Yahoo board reports that AIX was down-graded by European analysts. If confirmed ( many on that group are absolutely off the walls ), such down-grade would cast even more doubt on the merger. GGNS owners should strongly consider rejecting the merger, replacing Elder, and either going it alone or hoping for a better offer.

If the merger goes away, we must find a way to have Bill Elder leave. Come to think of it, if the merger goes forward we should still find a way, as AIX owners, to have Elder off of the Board ( fat chance...he has taken care of himself very well it appears ). GGNS is going absolutely no where with his continued management.
