Indeed! This clown apparently thinks $100 bucks is real money. I mean $100 bucks! Reminds me of the Austin Powers flick where Doctor Evil reveals to the Feds how much money he will require in order to refrain from destroying the world. The music swells, the camera zooms in on his face as he confidently announces, "One MILLyon DOLLars." The Feds suddenly start crackin' up.
