Seems somwthing is going on again with this company.

The stock traded down to $1.50 2 weeks ago and on Thursday it traded back up to $4.75
on big volumes (130500). The word I hear is that the entire engine of SoftRAM has been
reworked for both Win 3.x and Win 95.

It would appear that the company has something.- Exactly what, I don't know. What I do
know is that if the product does work this product could skyrocket back to $10-15. I'm
sure not saying that the value is there - simply that it could go. And if it does, it will
happen very quickly like 7 to 10 days.

I believe that the product had very serious problems but the magnitude of the drop in the
shared value was extrodinarily big. Lots of shorts involved.

If the re-worked product works, the shorts have to cover and lots of investors who have
been watching will jump back on board. Also, the distribution channels are still in place
if the product works. I noted that in the Mar 12/96 issue of PC Mag.'s list of software
sales, Softram is still #2. I think this info covers the period to Dec1/95.

Word is that the Q2 earnings (31 Dec 95) will be off by ±$0.10 to $0.15.

Then again.....if it doesn't work... start digging the grave.

any info out there is greatly appreciated.
