Dan, imo the key is than officers and directors (ie insiders) are buying while a few large shareholders are bailing. The insider buying along with the current price action attracted me to the stock. The other info cited is poison pill whose intent is to make sure the shareholders get a fair shake in the event of a takeover. There is really nothing new here. I think we run close to 9 on Monday and then either back down a bit or go higher depending upon whats contained in the subsequent earnings announcement (ie either positive or negative forward looking statements).
