Hyde Industries - a net net?

I get a market cap of 27M, Current Assets - Current
liabilities - LT liabilities of 41M, for a
net net ratio of ~66%.

Makes the Saucony and Hyde athletic brand lines.
Revenues show no growth, earnings are essentially
breakeven to about 0.25/share over the last several
years. Management states it has shed its less
profitable lines to concentrate on its profitable
ones, which is supported by the recent sale of
one of its lines.

Submitted for the thread's thoughts.

Good Investing,
Mike
