Also nice to see a miniSD slot in a Korean made handset.... Slacker, Had a very interesting idea pointed out to me today, relating to the Korean designs. The issue was how all carriers that heavily subsidize their handsets will move to external memory slots for their camera/video phones(plus MP3 too), so they can get the customer to pay for the big card. The Koreans have not historically designed slots into their domestic handsets because they are always going through all those subsidy bans, so the customer is paying for the internal flash to start with(vs. carrier subsidy). This design carries over into their exports. Since I expect subsidies to continue in the US and actually pick up for WCDMA in Europe, I'm starting to think this small trend we have identified is going to really ramp into almost a standard configuration.
