None that I saw. I didn't dig deeply into it, though. Maybe an hour of googling and reading.

Might be hard to find someone, even if the stories were true. Would not only open old wounds, but might also open that person to possible charges.

Based on the stories out of Iraq, it seems that when you put young troops into a situation of constant fear, there will be incidents. How often, how brutal, and how widespread, I can't guess. I think the only solution is to get to a point where we don't put our troops into such a situation, and when we do, have them properly trained, with a plan on how to reduce the explosiveness of the environment.
