The FED yesterday opened a huge market for SATTEL and their data and telephone switches. Let's clarify the market for Sattel. They produce very rugged, low power consumption telephone switches. They also have a system called DATANET.

These can be successfully sold into the local phone service market that was opened up yesterday to competition by Congress. The current and future owners (RBOCs) of the telephone transmission lines MUST now rent these lines to all at a rate set by the gov't.

This means that with the Sattel switches a company can become a CAP (competetive access provider)providing both DATA and VOICE services at a price far below what has been available. If you could get the switches at all.

The manufacturers of the telco switches have to this point usually been the telcos themselves. Why would they sell a competitor the product it needs to compete? It has never been in the best interest of the large non-telco man'fs of the telco switches to sell cheaply to the telco's competitors because they themselves relied on the continuing good graces of the telcos to stay in business.

All of that has changed with the TELCOMM DEREGULATION BILL. I don't think many people get it... THIS BILL CHANGED THE DAMN WORLD.

It is as though in the past small retail chains were outlawed and only major players could sell products. NOW... if you want to be a TELCO and offer more services, better and cheaper...you are free to do so.

Therefore there MUST be a supply of switches of the type made by SATTEL which is owned by DNA.

There. Now anyone who has cared to read this far knows my logic and can invest if they want, or not. I have stated this case, shown who is investing, and refuted trash posted and written about this company time and again. If it succeeds it will be for the right reasons. If it fails... it won't be because of being in the wrong market.
