Even FOX News commentators were stumped by Kerry's speech. They said he looked Presidential, he delivered with style, etc. But there was one on the panel who said that Kerry did not say anything specific about Iraq. And the other one jumped into say that he would bring all the countries, who so far have refused to talk with Bush, together and draw up a plan with them.

Let us not forget that the countries that do matter, have refused to accept Bush's leadership. But they will accept Kerry since he is a fresh start. And that I think is a very big step. France sends in 20,000 troops, Russia sends in 20,000 troops, Germany sends in 20,000 troops, India sends in 20,000 troops and then whoa we have 80,000 US troops back home to their families. Am I misunderstanding something here?
