No, I insisted on no such thing.

I wasn't criticizing dodging service, I was criticizing hypocrisy. Clinton dodged, like Bush and Cheney, but I don't recall Clinton ever claiming otherwise or trying to hypocritically attack those who *did* serve. (Clinton's hypocrisy was reserved for other areas).

And, of course, you don't need to have a bunch of medals to be president.
