billwot. Possible German rate hike. It's ok. I had talked about the worries of the bond market about an increase in German interest rates. It was just funny to me that the next day they would really be talking about that stuff. Let's face it the bond market worries about everything. I don't think this is a big thing one way or another. I don't think the Germans will raise their rates and if they did, wow, so what. It would not be much. of a hike, they would hurt their struggling economy. It's one of those thing: darned if you do and darned if you don't. It could help the mark but stifle growth IMO, they are not out of the woods yet. I guess Germany is a little stuck, high unemployment, strong dollarr etc. Weaker dollar could help their exports.
Anyhow,who knows why the bond market should worry so much about it. But I will give you a link. You have to wait until I get it. Come back to the post and look for it. Someone. Clinton or John, asked me what drives the bond market.
