The terrorists were in Afghanistan. Junior pulled troops and equipment out of there to fight his war for oil, big companies and Israel in Iraq. Iraq was always more important to junior than the war against terror, before and after 9-11. How well do you think the war against terrorists would be going now if junior had fought the right war, if he had 100,000 troops in Afghanistan instead of less than 20,000? He shot his wad in Iraq. Not that he ever had much of a wad to shoot.
