Oh, now you're gonna be nice? Anyway, it seems most around here think RE is in some kind of bubble in certain markets.
Most have given up predicting a top. More like "not if, but when".

Then again, you're focus is commercial. A different ball game. Not in a bubble but trying to get a little coat tail effect from residential.
