Hi RtS,

I value the relationship charts you have contributed for a long time.

They are good.

I just think that this 03 decline we've endured is due for a reversal as corporate America begins to kick in with the very strong cash flow they are enjoying.

That second wind if you will in the expansion is due any nansecond.

When that occurs I thin the game will change.
