Nobody said Bush is "dumb", just not interested in reading, writing and doing his homework. He has never, he never will and frankly that has really hurt us. for instance, if he had read the 8-6-01 warning about the imminent Al Qaida hijackings in the US ---

Bush is a cheerleader with a famous last name, decent looks and very powerful family friends. That's it. He doesn't do policy, cannot make speeches without scripts and really doesn't understand the world very well. In fact he doesn't even seem to be interested in the world. He admitted to Brit Hume he doesn't even read newspapers much less books or policy papers.
