Al,

Gramps explained the possible scenario quite well. You gotta like that share price if things go as planned! I might add that the deal calls for ORI to pay $225,000 in cash of which $105,000 has been paid plus 200,000 shares of ORI to AKA. As far as costs are concerned I don't think AKA has to contribute anything. Please, correct me if I'm wrong but I think it is up to ORI to assume expenditures as per the deal in order to earn their 60% interest. Gramps' calculation depicts a very nice future for AKA and I don't think we can actually put a clear figure on it until operating costs/oz are defined and a good solid tonnage figure is set. The Goddell is still a mystery as to how big it actually is and if it continues to grow so does AKA's eventual return! Custom milling contracts will also be very important once production is achieved as it will also have a positive effect on operating costs! The lower the better and more for us!!!!
We also must remember that AKA holds a 5% net smelter return on the Madison property in Montana! When and if BMR Gold takes it to production it will eventually add more cash flow to AKA! AKA also has a 75% interest in the Tally-Ho property north of the Goddell so if they discover a deposit there the ore can be shipped to the BYG mill too!
Hope this helps a bit!
