I wouldn't be surprised if this IPO priced around 50. These guys are on crack if they think we're stupid enough to pay 130 for a company that YHOO or MSFT could crush practically overnight if they put the effort into it. When 40% of the IPO shares are coming from employees/owners of the company (as I understand it) who are cashing out, we have a HUGE red flag imo. Fair value for this stock based on currect earnings is 10-12. Bring soap if you pay in 100s because you'll be taking a bath! This is all just my opinion of course so do your own DD before buying (or shorting)! BWDIK
