No campaign necessary by the agent, imo.

Maybe more a result of a little dash of everything discusssed here,,, immigration, low rates by the feds, and loose lending habits...certainly not a conspiracy by agents.

The rental market will come back. A slight adjustment with interest rates might be the answer. Maybe the banks tightening lending habits.

Your sister neighborhood to the south has plenty of "for rent" signs, but place an ad in the PI and the phone will ring very consistent, although not at the pace in the year's past. The quality of the renter might be another issue...
