Kerry DID vote for the 87 billion, nimbus. It was the same bill, just two variations. Quit defending a dishonest Bush attack ad. Kerry wanted not only to fund the troops but also to make sure the war was paid for (not more debt upon debt) and the books weren't being cooked. Also he wanted some Iraqi oil in exchange the way Hannity and others promised. What's wrong with that? It was a very smart and just idea. Why did the Bushies rush that bill through and why don't they ever ask the very rich to pay for anything? Scandalous.
