This USA poll doesn't compute. Kerry wins in every category except "strong against terror" (even though Bush ignored terrorism before 9-11) and "changes his mind" (though Bush has been flipping a lot lately, not Kerry) out of about 30 categories, yet Bush comes out ahead, and Bush has a 49% disapproval rating which is huge. 52% say they agree with Kerry on the issues more. They love Edwards.

Everything looks right except the final score of "likely voters". This makes me suspect that USA is not counting enough "likely voters". The get out the vote effort this year is going to be immense for Kerry, and people will respond this time.

One thing I see is that Bush has gone up 5% on the terror issue in the past week or so. So that's where they're going to do battle. check it out.
