Good advice from Hewitt. Bush has to campaign on both sides of the coin - that he gets the danger and has a plan, and that the other guy doesn't get it and doesn't have a plan.

"Moore's disease" Good label. Bush is fighting the terrorists, and the Democrats are fighting Bush. I just find it very hard to believe that the race will really be tight, no matter what the polls say now. The swing voters will not go for Kerry and the current Dems even if they don't like Bush very much. Better somebody real than a big bag of hot air. But what do I know? I never thought Kerry would get the nomination.
