Foundry stocks are an excellent (leading)indicator - IMHO probably the best -

I would have thought that after all the inventory talk the "financial community" would be eagerly reviewing the results from the foundry sector in order to quantity/qualify possible inventory issues but obviously I'm mistaken.
No; the pundits spend 10 to 12 x reviewing what KLAC and LRCX is saying while KLAC and LRCX can only echo what THEIR customers are saying/feeling.
