jrhana.... you know, of course (Ahem!) that the DC-area Realtors are solely responsible for everything that happens here vis-a-vis housing prices and demand, and it is the Realtors who have made this city what it is today. Hopefully, ralph can shed some light on why the Realtors in Vancouver, who reportedly created his local housing bubble and have "lured" poor young victims into buying homes, can't seem to keep the party going. <<gg>>
