Thinking out loud, about the consequences of a serious terror attack on financial institutions.

IMO this just gives the Fed another excuse to print money, pad the pockets of their cronies, and engage in more looting operations. In fact just the threat, allows them to do it. I'd give odds that we see a big permanent today. The effect of all this is to just fuel the inflation, and whole carry trade, easy money set-up. I suspect commodities especially will be a beneficiary (Pinocchio effect), but one has to guard against a "positive" reaction in stocks, as the leverage players take advantage of the free loans.
