The Democrats are more prone to positive spin...the republicans are prone to negative spin. It's the nature of the dirty brush.

are you so partisan that you actually believe things
like that???

ROFL!

On these boards alone the Democrats are as negative
as any group of people on the planet when it comes
to criticism of the administration. I'll agree they're
masters of positive spin when it comes to finding some
reason to elect Kerry.

Of course,Kerry himself had trouble spelling out his qualifications in his acceptance speech.
They boiled down to 3 votes in favor of Clinton objectives, which he did not
spearhead (e.g., 100K cops, balanced budget, and one other
thing), the POW/MIA Vietnam thing with McCain(for which
I think he had ulterior motives), and his time in Vietnam.

Aside from that, he grew up in Europe, was a boy scout,
and rode a bike.

I thought the speech was an implicit acknowledgement
of an empty Senate career and an empty suit.

And that was the best he could do to put a positive
spin on his qualifications.

If you disagree, please tell me what else he said
by way of qualifications that should cause anyone
to consider voting for him.

And I'm not talking about pie in the sky ideas, just
qualifications.
