Dean sees politics in warnings The nation's latest terrorism jitters had two former Democratic presidential candidates fighting yesterday over whether the Bush administration is playing politics with terrorism. "I am concerned that every time something happens that's not good for President Bush, he plays this trump card, which is terrorism," said former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean.
