Depotech (DEPO), SIBIA Neurosciences (SIBI), Pharmacopeia (PCOP) and Avigen (AVGN). They are all trading well off their highs. DEPO is near a major FDA approval for its DepoCyt product. The others, more like Aurora in their stage of development, have more cash on hand. When you subtract out the cash, their technology is selling for a song.

I own shares in each of these companies so you should consider that bias and do your own research. They all have sites on SI, so you can check them out and see what you think.
