SIA Reports June Semiconductor Sales Up 40.3% Y/Y

<<Ridgeland, MS, AUG 02, 2004 (EventX/Knobias.com via COMTEX) -- The Semiconductor Industry Association reported that worldwide Semiconductor sales rose 40.3% year-over-year to $17.8 billion in June but said that the growth rating going forward would be slower. It said Q2 sales rose 9.5% to $53.45 billion from $48.8 billion in Q1 and predicted that Q3 sales would be 4-6% higher than the Q2 level.>>
